Cosmology Psychology

Cosmology cannot be understood without relationship to the other. Primarily, humans view the world, unconsciously, as an extension of themselves.

As they understand themselves so they understand the world. Given that most people do not put adequate time into understanding themselves, the chaos of the world makes sense.

Legitimate suffering is the royal road to self-awareness, amongst other things. We are taught to avoid our feelings at all cost. This deprives us of crucial awareness of corners of ourselves, therefore the world.

This leads to increased means as the voices of suffering within us get ever louder in an attempt to gain our attention. We are all addicts.

Sanity is when one's cosmology reflects reality. This may not have yet been achieved.
